“Mike Shatka Jr. – A difficult and frustrating problem to diagnose given the lack of specific information in the sensor alert from Honeywell, and compounded by the fact that Honeywell thermostats still use the old (2.4Ghz) internet connection, but Mike did a good job of calmly and patiently figuring it out, eventually swapping thermostats and getting us up and running again.” – Mike
